1. Who we are
Daftar (registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain) runs
daftar.bh: an app where a business sells online and keeps
its books. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Simple as that.
2. Your account
- You must be a business lawfully operating in Bahrain, and the information you give us (name, CR, VAT number where applicable) must be true.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. What happens from your account is your responsibility.
- One person must be authorised to act for the business. That's who accepts these terms.
3. Plans and payment
- There is a Free plan. Paid plans (Lite, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly or yearly, in Bahraini Dinar, at the prices shown on our pricing page.
- New accounts start with a 14-day Premium trial. No card needed, and it ends by itself.
- Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices include VAT where the law requires it.
4. Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your dashboard (Billing). You keep everything until the
end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free
plan. Your data stays; Free plan limits apply.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which
is part of these terms.
6. Fair use
- Sell only what the law allows you to sell. No illegal goods or services, no fraud, no misleading customers.
- Don't abuse the platform (spam, attacks, attempts to access other merchants' data).
- We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If the law requires it, we cooperate with the authorities.
7. Your content and data
- Your business data is yours. We host it for you and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for what you publish on your storefront and for the invoices you issue to your customers.
- Products sold on a merchant's storefront are a deal between that merchant and their customer. Daftar is the software, not the seller.
8. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Daftar up and fast, but no online service can promise
zero interruptions. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits,
lost data caused by things outside our control). Our total liability to you
is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the
claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you which version is
current, and material changes are announced inside your dashboard before
they take effect. Using Daftar after that means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the
courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction.
